I think I may be bipolar. I've been told it so many times.
My parents don't notice it, but my friends do.
I'll go from being so depressed (for no reason) to being all hyper and happy. I get angry so easily and after I yell for like 2 minutes I'm completely fine.
I have cut back on sleep. I don't know why, but I don't need as much anymore.
Also, now I find myself being so scared of death. I expect someone to come and murder me no matter where I am. I freaked out in my shower this morning because I thought someone might come in and attack me. I checked underand in my car before I started driving. I didn't used to be like this. What's wrong to tell my parents. I am suicidal at times and I think I need help.
I don't want to involve my parents. What can I do to help myself?

Hi Lucky, you have to seek professional help because they are the right person that could help you. Not all people could understand your situation but a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist.

This is indeed true, thought it may be a sad story. Psychologists and Psychiatrists, these are the people who are known to assist one the most in areas where it is that they may not even be aware of who it is that they knew their very own selves to be.
