First, exercise has been extremely helpful. It really clears my mind as well. I'll treat myself to a massage once a month too. I have found that I give myself some "me" time I overall feel better. Comment #1 Bill from Missoula (Contact Member) - Sometimes I think "me" time is difficult when those around you won't recognize the importance of it. Comment #2 stacey from victoria, canada (Contact Member) - Exercise has helped me out SO much and really refreshed how I felt. A hot bath or shower always makes me feel a lot better after a hard day full of anxieties. I agree "me" time is essential for anybody, not just us guys who have "problems". A lot of people forget to take care of themselves and that's really sad. Comment #3 Poochie from the pound (Contact Member) - For me, being at home with a baby all day long and some times for days at a time, just getting out the house helps. I'll go for a walk at the park, or window shopping at the mall. I also like taking a bubble bath with bath salts. I enjoy going to a movie or just lying in bed watching an old movie. Comment #4 crystal from asia (Contact Member) - I relieve my stress through reading because I really love to read especially self-help e-books. Right now, I'm reading Amy Twain's Fabulous Self-Esteem which I find so helpful in teaching me on how to deal with my negative self-talk and attitude toward others. I feel relieved reading it which is great. • Page 1 (Original Post) •
