Sports as a stress reducer

Thank author of this post/commentIt is common opinion that sports are a natural stress reducer. The reason for this appears to be that while engaged in sports the mind is concentrated on that and cannot create stress, which is all mental.

People have a tendency to worry about everything. Consciously or unconsciously, our minds are a roller coaster that never stops.

Playing tennis, for instance, is an instant relief from all that turmoil.

They say that swimming is awsome as a sport, probably the best of all.

But, any way, any of them will do it. Or maybe just walking is another way.

So, if you feel stress, take a walk!

Thank author of this post/comment"Forget About Stress, Engage in Sports "

I have to agree. Being engaged to anything that would eventually pre occupies your mind would help you get all of the stress out of your system. Sports is one way to let loose a bit and forget about all of the stressful stuffs at work or even at home. Just find something to do to divert your mind away from all of the stress. You can always choose to forget about stressful things.
