snowbird from The Frozen Tundra - Deep breathing excersises is a great way to relieve stress. The problem is you need a nice quiet space to do it. Once you find a nice quiet area, just concentrate on breathing in and out. Do that for a few minutes, then concentrate on relaxing each portion of your body a little at a time. Start with your feet, once your feet are relaxed, go to your shins, then your thighs and so on and so on. Once you get to your head you will be sooo relaxed. You may even feel like your floating! You may want to try yoga too, it has a lot to do with breathing exercises as well, which is why a lot people feel so relaxed afterwards. I used to do yoga for a few years but stopped. I've been thinking about getting back into that.
