Thank author of this post/comment my name's Hassan Gheittassi , i write you from Tehran(Iran).i have some questions , infact i don't know how to start my questions!. about self help , i have many things to ask , and i don't knnow if i could find someone who could help me in your area , you know that Life is difficult and depends on your country , your situation and your culture , i have many problems in life and in my mind , i know that i have to do all MYSELF , but of course you need someone show you some ways , by the way i'll appreciate if you replt to me and tell me some suggestions.

Thank author of this post/commentif you can get a copy of alcoholics anonymous by Bill Wilson, it is invaluable advice in dealing with life's problems. there are certain axioms and statements which have become cliches, such as, "rigorous honesty", "easy does it", "this too shall pass", "live and let live", "think, think, think", among others.

i would venture to say that the happenings in this life are child's play(assuming you believe in another life to come after this one). this life isn't the one you have to worry about! lighten up!

You have already proved you are strong enough to conquer everything you are trying to deal with by writing your post. Don't think you are alone there is plenty of help available if you know where to look.

I have suffered many setbacks throughout my own life including alcohol abuse and anxiety attacks but have managed to pull through even to the extent of building my own web site where I share my experiences and try to help people just like yourself. Why not take a look?

Keep posting Hassan, getting matters off of your chest and sharing with others is excellant therapy.

To Hassan,

The question is what kind of help do you want? What is your current condition? Is it a psychological disorder, drug abuse, a disease? Please specify.

Like what Steve here has said you are already on your way to doing good and speaking out loud. Testimonials and voicing out one's opinion is a great therapeutic way to address and lessen some of your stress and troubles. Hope you can answer my questions here.

Hi Hassan, Difficulties in life is common and you will encounter plenty of that everyday. It's on you how to deal with that. All of us have a certain amount of problems to deal with. Actually, these problems gives us realizations in life. We only feel pain if we focus on it's negative side. As you can see, pain has also it's positive side and it's much better if we just choose to believe on the good side of it.

It is hard to deal with difficult, hence the word deriving from the word difficult. What can we do, but try to maintain ourselves, and so, to the best of our ability. We have to really just maintain some sort of a focus that we would be able to have determined by others, as the right approach towards self help, and this would be most certainly so.
