Yahoo! Answers: Omg my College dropped my classes :c?

I have been attending this college for over a year. I had a small problem in my fall semester (09). I lost my job, and couldn't get a new one for well over a month. This absolutely hurt my classes. I explained this to financial aid, and they were very helpful. I just finished my Spring semester, and I had thought I passed both of my classes. I took abnormal psychology (and passed), and elementary algebra (I received a D). It really hurts, because I tried so hard in my math class ( I am horrible at math), yet my transcripts say I failed. I registered online for classes for this Summer, but it seems they all were dropped a few weeks later. My school website doesn't show them, nor does it show my financial aid award letter. I will admit it has been rough lately, but I am a great student. Even after failing, and the rough Fall semester I have almost a 3.0 cumulative GPA. I was also never on financial aid probation before. I am quite scared I may be kicked off of financial aid. I want to redeem myself this summer, and prove that I am a great student. School is my life, and I feel every class I take is one step closer to becoming a nurse. (These classes are prereqs) Please give me advice on what to do or what I should think as far as the classes being dropped, or the lack of information about financial aid. Thank you very much.
