There might be times of downfall, so they need to be positive whatever obstacles they will encounter in the business industry. i think someone should write a book not on the subject of the psychology of sales, but instead on the psychology of sales people.I get so tired of being manipulated by schemers trying to gyp me out of my hard to come by money. Take for example when you are having trouble with your ATT service...do you KNOW that when you call their customer service department that you are actually calling a marketing company that will try to sell you more stuff and may fix your problem or maybe not? |
| As a business enthusiast, I always believe that we have to learn the Psychology of Sales in order for us to better understand what we are doing. Not only do we need to understand the nature of our work but the Psychology of Sales will also help us understand our clients and how they feel towards our products. This will also help us cope with the different challenges of our business. |
| That is true, we surely have to make sure that somehow we are dealing with how the business works and how we can make it grow. For example, you might want to consider learning from other businesses and see how your sales are doing compared to those with the same concept as what you have in your own business.
