'MY KIDS ARE REBELLING'

I have a six and eight yr old and they are OUT OF CONTROL! Not that i've allowed it, but they are at that point where they are testing the boundaries and then some. My son more so. It's become a battle. He insists to have the last word and debate EVERY issue! I put a stop to it yet it continues during the next episode. His relationship with his sister is terrible. They literally fighting every second of the day! Constant chaos and no love. Everything is a competion between them. Nothing can ever be kind, understanding or respectful to each other. NEVER! Will they ever grow out of this? I've attempted every thing a parent can do to get them to communicated instead of scream and fight. They stay grounded the majority of their life and it doesn't affect them. They start right up where they left off. What to do?
