| Hypnosis really intrigues me a lot. I have seem lots of movies concerning this practice and I can say that it somehow interests me to be hypnotized or do hypnotism with people. What could be the effect of hypnotism to me? I would like to try but I am scared of not being able to wake up. Are there chances that this things might happen to anyone? Thanks a lot. |
| Oh actually I've never tried Self-Hypnosis yet but it really seems great that we can also do it by ourselves. The video was really interesting especially for people who want to try hypnotizing their own selves. But I think it is important to earn the proper way of doing it to avoid bad results. | I do not believe in hypnosis done on others but I fully believe in self-hypnosis, as even the name is self explanatory. If you are trying to put yourself into a certain state and work at it, well surely you can succeed if you try hard enough. Though the only judge of its effectiveness is you, so you can have either a 100% success rate or a 100% failure rate depending upon how you look at it. |
