What is happiness?

Thank author of this post/commentAt times it has seemes that happiness is just a "state of mind"! A result of different factors that lead us to percieve, at different times, that we are "happy".

At times it is a momentary lack of stress and the absence of the immediacy of problems of all types, relation ship, economic, work related, etc.

But there is a different approach based on our "life plans", or a vital project each person has the points out where he/she intends to go.

If that life plan is on course and the person identifies the patterns that "map out" his course of action, a feeling of "happiness" arises.

So this is another approach and may be very valid to many people.

Of course, there are persons who have a built-in negativity are are "unhappy" no matter what!

happiness is a state of mind which comes when you are in tune with your self concept and ideas in life.

in other words, the more you are living by your values and ideals, the more happy you will become

its not rocket science and many people unfortunately misinterpret it

Thank author of this post/comment"Happiness and Life "

I think the more we are living with the way we want our lives to be and as long as we are with the people that makes us happy, then we are happy! Being happy is just a state of mind, well, most of the time yes, but not all the time. We can choose to be happy, yes, but not all of the time. Because there will always be those time that we cannot just control the situation.
