Seeking Forgiveness. What is Forgiveness?

Forgiveness is different than we thought.

Historically we have been taught forgiveness is about "them", the people we forgive - or are supposed to forgive. It is somehow our spiritual or social duty to forgive for their benefit.

How many times have you decided to let something go or forget - a painful experience, the memory of a person who let you down or who hurt you deeply?

In your mind you make the decision that you have settled the issue and you choose to let it go.

At a later point in time, something happens to remind you of that thing you chose to let go and have forgotten about for the most part. You get a phone call from an old friend or you hear a song on the radio or you find an old letter in a box in the garage, and...

BAM,

You're angry and hurt all over again?

Why does this happen?

Because healing and forgiveness are not cerebral processes. The conscious awareness of anger, or the lack of forgiveness, actually takes place on a lower vibrational level than the 'energy of the healing'.

So thinking won't fix the problem, releasing the energy "charge" attached to the event is the only way.

"That sounds nice, " we often hear, "But how does that work?"

The only way that I know how to get results is Heart Forgiveness. it's effective and permanent. And it's a really fun, fast and profound experience.

It is good to know that there are some good seminars and work shops like this one. I would want to also attend such gatherings. I find your views really interesting and I can relate. I have been into so many situations in life and I really got into lots of troubles. But I think I can somehow get that easy and clear mind now. Thanks for your words and advices.
