Thank author of this post/commentForgiveness Workshop or a Retreat, it is always a positive experience. There is a camaraderie that evolves over the course of ...Forgiveness is a deeply moving experience for most. There is such attraction to observing and sharing growth, releasing anger and observing ...forgiveness that it is actually hard to resist. The observer becomes a participant in anothers transformation and the collective results are ...Forgiveness is different because we go into the energy itself to do the work. Talking about forgiveness , reading about how ...forgiveness is a completely different process than: seeing it happen, participating in the group experience and growing personally from being part

Forgiveness is something that some people find easy to do, and others not. I would imagine that these workshops are aimed at those who cannot forgive.

A lack of forgiveness leads to suppressed anger, and suppressed anger can manifest itself in the body and mind in unforgiving ways, literally !

Heart Forgiveness Workshop is a very good opportunity for many people in order to grow in a mature way and learn to forgive oneself or other person in the most forgiving way. We all aim for peace of mind and out of distress. This is simply possible through forgiveness. i think it is really important to listen to oneself and to other people. Try to consider the positive and negative consequences and learn to forgive.

I have to agree. All of us have this dream of having a life free from all of the stress there is in life. But it seems that all of life intrigues seems to get into my life and would always ruin my day always. I would want to know how to get rid of those stress in life and all. Anyway, have a great day ahead to all of you.

Hello All,

Michael Barrett here...

@Marjory, thanks for linking to my 2010 Blog post from this forum about Heart Forgiveness.

@Judith

You're right. These workshops do target those of us who can not forgive. We "think" we forgive. With experience, we have learned that forgiveness does not take place in the head. Forgiveness takes place in the heart.

That's why we call that workshop, "Heart Forgiveness" instead of head forgiveness.

Have you ever tried to forgive someone - and think that you have - only to find out that you get angry again in the future when the subject comes up again?

We all hold anger in our energy until we clean out the "glitches" which act as defaults in our subconscious - almost like a bug in a software program.

In these workshops, we use comprehensive kinesiology as the primary tool to measure and pinpoint the glitches and then we use a process called DTQ (deeply, thoroughly, quickly) to remove them.

In all of my study and practice over the last 40+ years, this is the only system that has effectively allowed me to forgive and I have personally tried a lot of methods.

Look forward to getting to know you all better.

Have a great day

Michael Barrett

Being forgiving is such a noble act. It takes lots of courage to be able to forgive and to forget about a certain event in life where you suffered a lot, emotionally in particular. But why let those sad feelings take over you when you can let it go? Nothing beats having peace of mind by forgiving yourself and those people who may have wronged you. If God forgives, then why can't we?

Thank author of this post/comment"and why commit oneself to a workshop again?"

This is just plain weird. Why do people need to commit themselves to a workshop just to totally forgive people? There are so many things happening in one's life to just even waste time with this kind of workshop. We are all on the go and if you really want to forgive someone just to have a peace of mind then you'll just do that. You don't need people telling you what and how to do it, not to mention paying them in the process? This is just merchandizing at its finest.

I don't think that people successfully finishing these so called workshops can use those certificates to get employed or earn a living because of it. Rather than wasting your resource ad time on such trivial stuff, just forgive people. If you are having a hard time then read free articles online.

Thank author of this post/comment"Responding to "Why Commit to a Heart Forgiveness Workshop" from Peter..."

@Peter from Liberty City

Hey Peter,

About your comment....

Just trying to forgive someone doesn't work. And if we were in the same room together, I could prove it to you.

Here's the reason why. Conscious thought takes place on a level of consciousness that is actually a lower vibrational level than where the healing itself takes place.

You can read about the scale of human consciousness in Dr David Hawkin's book: Power Versus Force. He created a 'map'. He is an MD, a Psychiatrist and had one of the most prolific practices in the US at one point. He is a prolific writer and, in my opinion, a genius. One of his greatest areas of genius is "knowing how to ask the right questions." He spent about 20 years researching and documenting what he wrote about in that book.

Tony Robbins says: "The guys with the best answers are the ones who ask the best questions."

WHY COMMIT TO A HEART FORGIVENESS WORKSHOP?

1) It changes people's lives and as a certified facilitator, I see this all the time.

2) Anger is toxic - not just emotionally, but also physically. There are many studies about the negative effects of anger and the statistics about high blood pressure and heart attack alone are great reasons to release anger.

Wanting to get rid of anger and wanting to forgive doesn't get results.

Why would anyone want to manage anger or any other disease? Why not get rid of it entirely?

In my experience, Heart Forgiveness is the only way to accomplish this. It is simple, fun and highly effective.

REGARDING YOUR STATEMENT: "This is just merchandising at its finest."

Here is my offer to you...

If you show up to a workshop, you can attend FREE as my guest, with one caveat:

You have to verify the results and the changes you

experience as a result of the workshop

HERE on this post.

Is that fair? I'll put my money where my mouth is and I would love to share this with you, if you are so inclined. You can attend a weekend intensive as my guest - normally $250. You have to buy your own materials for $40 from the company that produces them.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Heart Forgiveness actually acts like a defrag program in the energy.

It feel great to walk out feeling whole again instead of being fragmented internally.

Warm Regards from Paradise (Sarasota, Fl)

Michael

Forgiving those who wronged you was never that easy. It takes lots of time and lots of courage to even face yourself as the sinner. In the process, you would end up in either of the two, the one to ask for forgiveness or the one to forgive.

I find your workshop interesting Michael. But well, I think I cannot afford to come and pay that much for a workshop on forgiveness.

I have seen the benefit of being forgiven and having forgiven someone who had hurt me. I may have been justified in my anger, but carrying that anger around was too much work and caused too much stress on me physically and emotionally. It was easier to let it go.

As a physician, I have seen the patient who "should" be getting better, but does not because they have anger holding them back from making the progress we would expect. Check out this article.
