I think it is some sort of mental control. It kind of intriguing. How could one person actually so that kind of thing, is that actually possible? When I searched the net for further meaning of that term I find it hard to find one. Can somebody post more details regarding that word. You guys get freaked out so easily! If you read the definition properly, you'll see it has nothing to do with controlling others.

It's just a fancy way of saying that you can control YOUR OWN thoughts and emotions (DUH). Which of course is possible if you just focus and observe your mind and emotional response.

Meditation is the same thing. Try it and you'll see!

I am yet to find a person that does not value self happiness. It comes out as minding another person's business if you try to chart the best way forward even when your intentions might be justified. It is true that it is the nature of man to indulge in whatever acts they choose to engage in in pursuit of joy.

However, I cannot imagine a life only full of ups. It is human to not be happy. It is even more human to strive to be.

I agree with Natascha over being able to control your own thoughts. That in essence means that the instinct to be in control with whatever goes on in your mind is supposed to come naturally. In the event that that is not the case, then woe unto you.

Spiritual and meditation techniques tend to freak out most people that tend to associate with the occult.

You can be in meditation even as you walk, right?

Philosophy has indeed emerged to be a force to reckon with and it is indeed usual to have such philosophical phenomena being questioned. In essence, this concept tries to explain, albeit scientifically, how life works.

Accordingly, knowledge is power(how many times have you not heard of this before)as it is the intelligence that directs action to produce results. Psicanica is therefore an extensive body of knowledge that gives the practitioner 'power' over his or her life(especially when this does not come as a natural instinct).
