Go out with your friends, if you dont got a job than get one, just keep yourself busy to keep from thinking about your problems, also try walkin or running, excersising tends to make you feel better and helps clear your mind. If not, journal writing is a way of communicating with your inner self and finding out what you really feel and think. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is, and write about it. Keeping feelings locked up inside is a sure route to depression. Self-expression is a pretty sure way out. Comment #3 braun (109.111.97.139) - Being depressed, now this is easily the sort of thing that is only going to be causing much more harm than good, and to very many a person in this vast world in which we all reside, truly.
