snowbird from The Frozen Tundra - Some times the littlest things will set me off. I don't get too out of control, but if things don't go my way, I can get pretty angy. Its like Im mad a myself for not being perfect or something. Comment #1 mark from marky mark land, canada - Yeah, due to my upbringing with a violent mother [due to her bipolar illness], it taught me some really bad habits. Like whenever i get REALLY frustrated, i tend to scream, break things, and hit myself. Not so good. I have been trying to just take long walks when i feel frustrated or ride my bike to let out some steam. Because hurting myself or breaking my things really isn't so great, haha. Comment #2 Loopy from The Big D - I wish I didn't. I used to be really calm and easygoing, but since having a baby I seem to get upset more. I am just more emotional all the way around. I find myself getting mad over the littlest things. I definately have good days and bad days. Comment #3 Jules from Nebraska - I have those good and bad days too. Luckily for me the good outweigh the bad. I have found that since having my children I do get upset more but have tried some techniques likes taking deep breaths and things like that so that my anger does not escalate.
